Thomas is a national of Australia and Germany where he gained legal and post-graduate qualifications as well as extensive dispute resolution experience in both civil and common law jurisdictions, resulting in a unique competency. He is fully proficient in English and German and undertook dedicated online dispute resolution (ODR) training. He gladly shares his knowledge, including as a lecturer at the Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, where he teaches Mediation. Thomas is a widely published author.
