Building, practicing and teaching methods of problem solving that do not rely on criminal justice, civil justice or state violence.
In this, I aim:
To use principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution especially mediation, dialogue processes and restorative justice peacemaking and transformative justice to transform lives, organizations, schools, communities and nations.
To settle legal and other disputes positively and Non-adversarially.
To contend for Human Rights primarily Dignity.
To Train up Mediators and Arbitrators and Restoartive Justice Peacemakers.
To empower others to advocate for and activate for non-adversarial methods of dispute resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution, with restorative justice peacemaking as a focus, throughout society especially in our courts, schools and workplaces
To help connect people with their dreams in ADR
To provide a space for people to tell their stories
To connect entrepreneurs and artists to their dreams
To be a freedom fighter-the battle ground is people's minds
To raise the profile of the healing aspects of story telling
To empower abused women
To set people free of the victim/bully and us/them mindset
To contend for peace and access to justice for all
