In order to get certified as conflictnavigator against the possible main scopes and levels, the auditee must pass the applicable admission audit(s).

Admission audit - associate level
The auditee delivers the compulsory admission/qualification file:
  • CF.002 Proof of the registration of the company (= optional, if not delivered: no company profile)
  • PF.001 Online application form
  • PF.010 Police clearance
  • PF.011 2x general recommendation letter
  • PF.020 Proof of prior education, EQF5 or higher, or simular work- & experience level
  • PF.021 Proof of qualifying scope relevant training
  • PF.023 Proof of qualifying knowledge audit mediator (only if main scope mediator is applicable)
  • PF.030 CV
Admission audit - full level

The auditee delivers the compulsory admission/qualification file:

  • CF.002 Proof of the registration of the company (= optional, if not delivered: no company profile)
  • PF.001 Online application form
  • PF.010 Police clearance
  • PF.012 2x general reference letter issued by clients
  • PF.020 Proof of prior education, EQF5 or higher, or simular work- & experience level
  • PF.021 Proof of qualifying scope relevant training *
  • PF,023 Proof of qualifying knowledge audit mediator (only if main scope mediator is applicable) *
  • PF.024 Proof of qualifying skills audit mediator (only if main scope mediator is applicable) *
  • PF.030 CV
  • PF.031 Proof minimum experience period (2 years or more) *
  • PF.032 Proof minimum number client assignments (15 or more - 25 or more if less than 2 years experience) *
  • PF.040 Proof risk-liability coverage
  • (*) exemption possible if the PF.050 process- procedure- skills is succesfully completed; only possible if you have more than 5 years experience and you have handled 75 of more client assignments
EXEMPTION BASED ON THE PRESUMPTION OF CONFORMITY
If the auditee holds other certifications, recognitions, and memberships, an exemption for the recertification audit is possible. The international principles of the presumption of conformity and the mutual recognition of certificates issued by ISO based and other official certification bodies are applicable.
