In order to re-certify as conflictnavigator, the auditee must pass the recertification audit and comply with the applicable criteria for recertification.

  • ADR.AD.050 Recertification audit associate level - including upgrading to full level
  • ADR.AD.051 Recertification audit full level - 5 years periodically
ASSOCIATE LEVEL
  • The certification against the associate level is once-only.
  • The associate period is limited to 5 full sequential calendar years.
  • Recertification is only possible if the criteria for the full level are fully met.
  • The auditee has a choice and selects out of 2 options:
    • ADR.AD.050 Recertification
    • ADR.AD.PF.024.1 Mentorship program - We recommend this option. The audits includes 3 elements:
      • mentorship (guidance & coaching)
      • exam (skills audit mediator = proficiency/practice exam mediator)
      • recertification
  • Recertification requirements:
    • PF.012 Two reference letters issued by clients
    • PF.024 Positive result skills audit mediator
    • PF.031 Proof of the minimum experience period ( 2 years or more)
    • PF.032 Proof of minimum number handled scope-related client assignments (15 or more; if less than 2 years experience: 25)
    • PF.040 Proof liability coverage
    • PF.051 Proof of minimum number of CPD points (12 or more / calendar year)
FULL LEVEL
  • The certification against the full level is based on certification periods.
  • A certification period is a period of 5 sequential calendar years
  • Recertification is only possible if the criteria for recertification are fully met.
  • The auditee has a choice and selects out of 2 options:
    • ADR.AD.050 Recertification
    • ADR.AD.PF.054 Peer-review - We recommend this option. The audit includes 2 elements:
      • peer-review: feedback & reflection
      • recertification
  • Recertification requirements:
    • PF.040 Proof liability coverage
    • PF.051 Proof of minimum number of CPD points (12 or more / calendar year)
    • PF.052 Proof of minimum number handled scope-related client assignments (12 or more / calender year)
    • PF.053 Proof of the handling of client assignments against the applicable scopes, processes, procedures.
EXEMPTION BASED ON THE PRESUMPTION OF CONFORMITY

If the auditee holds other certifications, recognitions, and memberships, an exemption for the recertification audit is possible. The international principles of the presumption of conformity and the mutual recognition of certificates issued by ISO based and other official certification bodies are applicable.
