We are a niche player providing legal specialist expertise to data driven businesses, mainly in the sectors of Technology, Media & Communication (TMC), Energy Transition, Education and Health.
What makes us tick
Van Londen Law was founded in 2011 after more than 30 years experience in large corporate law firms in the US, Australia and The Netherlands. The purpose of the transaction matters to us and that is where our focus lies. In determining the fit of the transaction with the firms purpose we evaluate broadly along the environmental, social, governance (ESG) and data integrity qualities of the transaction. We’re honoured to provide our services to not for profit organisations such as WarChild, Quad9, RvR (Legal Aid) and The Rotary Foundation. We’re active in the promotion of diversity equity and inclusion (DEI).
Doing our part
Van Londen is sharing its knowledge and expertise by giving lectures on negotiation skills, IT law, starting-up and scaling. We guide starters and scalers for profit and not for profit, including post growth entrepreneurs.
NL subsidy for our legal services
Van Londen supports intercontinental businesses between the EU, Australia and the USA with corporate commercial and data transfer knowledge and experience gained on the ground in local leading practices. Van Londen is MVO subsidy accredited for legal advice to NL organisations business operations in Australia so that our are legal fees are partly paid by MVO. We cherish our ralationship with Austrade.
